With the World Cup well and truly underway Astute Minds has offered all staff the opportunity to watch their favourite team and then make up the lost time. This is all part of the Health and Wellbeing agenda that has been introduced and has so far resulted in zero absence and increased morale amongst team members. Why not discuss your business plans, performance management, and improvement strategies with the consultancy team at Astute Minds; you never know we might just make the difference.
